with your choice of either:

Grilled Plain.

Jack Daniels sauce.  

Peppercorn crusted sautéed in a brandy cream sauce.

Bleu Cheese Cognac Peppercorn Sauce. 

Chicken Marsala

Tender chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms in our

Marsala wine sauce served on a bed of fettuccini. Available in full or half orders.  

Chicken Parmesan

Plump chicken breast breaded in Italian bread crumbs with marinara sauce, provolone & parmesan 

cheese, baked & served with your choice of pasta.  

Chicken Piccatta

Chicken Breast sautéed in white wine with fresh lemon and capers. Available in full or half orders.

Mrs. J's Cajun Chicken Mushroom Fettuccini 

Tender chicken breast blackened then sautéed with mushrooms, Andoullie sausage, beer, cream &

served over fettuccini noodles.

Chicken Mushroom Fettuccini

2- 4 oz chicken breast sautéed mushrooms & white wine cream sauce &

served over fettuccini noodles. Available in full or half orders.

Silver Salmon or Mahi Mahi

Choose your preparation:

Grilled with a lemon garlic butter sauce or blackened or rosemary chili rub or southwestern rub or Thai ginger rub.

  Lobster Cream sauce. For the Mahi only, Parmesan crusted baked with a marinara sauce.

Shrimp or Sea Scallop Scampi

Rich jumbo sea scallops or jumbo shrimp or a combo sautéed in olive oil with garlic, white wine,

tomato & parsley then served over fettuccini noodles.

Shellfish Fettuccini

A combination of lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels & clams

in a light lobster cream sauce.   

Grilled Center Cut Boneless Pork Chop

12 ounce center cut pork chop grilled slow and served with your choice of starch.

Apple & Rice Stuffed Pork Chop

12 ounces of center cut pork loin stuffed with our apple,

rice & mushrooms with our wild mushroom demi glaze.

Corn Flake & Pecan Crusted Pork Loin

Our center cut pork loin breaded in our house made corn flake & pecan breading,

baked and served with our wild mushroom demi glaze.   

Bowtie Pasta Primavera

Spinach, tomato & egg bowtie pasta tossed with fresh vegetables with your choice of  tomato garlic pesto cream

or basil pesto cream sauce. You can add Chicken or Shrimp.

Eggplant Parmesan

Tender eggplant breaded & baked with marinara sauce

and topped with provolone & parmesan cheeses.
